Inside True Digital Park: Full Tour and Honest Review
I discovered True Digital Park by accident while living in Bangkok for a month, and I immediately liked it. It gave me a real sense of the local tech atmosphere and culture, and it was so much more comfortable to work on my business here than in a hotel room.
So in this article, I want to talk about True Digital Park in detail and share many photos (I took a lot of them). Why? Because when I first discovered this place, I couldn’t find a clear and honest guide online. I wanted to create something useful for people who work remotely, live in Bangkok, or are simply curious about Thailand’s biggest tech campus.
In this article, I’ll cover:
-
Full guide: What’s inside True Digital Park (coworking space, free working zones, Sky Track, meeting rooms, kid and pet zones, green zones and more)
-
My honest review: The pluses and minuses of both the coworking space and True Digital Park overall
What is True Digital Park?
True Digital Park is Southeast Asia's largest tech and startup hub, located in Bangkok, that functions as an integrated ecosystem for innovation and growth.

It’s a huge technology and innovation campus designed for:
-
digital nomads
-
remote workers
-
startups
-
tech companies
-
entrepreneurs
-
freelancers
-
students
True Digital Park feels like a modern city inside a building, where everything is designed for creativity, productivity, and networking. You can work, meet people, attend events, see art, shop, exercise, relax in green spaces, and eat — all in one building.
I found it very convenient that True Digital Park is located close to Punnawithi BTS Station because you can get there very quickly from almost anywhere in Bangkok. Another good option that many people choose is living nearby. There are plenty of condos and apartments around True Digital Park, so you can walk there in just a few minutes.
What’s Inside True Digital Park?
Coworking Space
The coworking space at True Digital Park has two floors and offers everything you need to stay productive throughout the day.
The co-working space won Best Co-Working Space by the ASEAN Startup Awards in 2020, and True Digital Park itself received Best Community Builder from the ORIGIN Innovation Awards for three consecutive years (2020–2022).

How to Get to the True Digital Park Coworking Space
The co-working space is located on the 6th and 7th floors of True Digital Park East, with easy access from Punnawithi BTS Station (Exit 6).
1. Go to the Office Lobby (1F, True Digital Park East)
First, you need to visit the Office Lobby on the 1st floor of True Digital Park East. Show your passport or ID card at the reception. They will give you a QR code, which you must use to access the elevators to the 6th floor.

Important: Use the elevators in the main lobby — other elevators do not accept this QR code.
2. Go Up to the 6th Floor
After arriving on the 6th floor, turn right and walk straight until you see the Community Counter in front of the coworking space.

3. Make the Payment
You will need to pay for your day pass at the Community Counter. Payment methods: PromptPay or credit/debit card only. Cash is not accepted. Price is 321 Baht.
After payment, you’ll receive a new QR code that you can use to enter and exit the co-working space as many times as you want throughout the day.

I found the system a little uncomfortable and overwhelming — on my first visit, it took nearly 30 minutes from the lobby to finally get into the co-working space.

Seats
There are no fixed seats in the True Digital Park coworking space — you can choose any spot you like and even change your place throughout the day whenever you want.
The coworking space includes:
-
areas with comfortable ergonomic Herman Miller chairs and beautiful city views

-
sofas, soft chairs, and beanbags for more relaxed work

But some areas are only for monthly members and are not available for day-pass users.
I usually worked in different areas of the coworking space throughout the day: I started my mornings in the ergonomic chairs by the window with a city view, and after lunch I moved to the sofas for more relaxed work.

Wi-fi
High-speed WiFi is available throughout the True Digital Park coworking space, and the connection is fast, stable, and reliable — perfect for video calls, uploading content, or working with large files.
Meetings rooms
There are many meeting rooms inside the coworking space — both small and large. You can use them for corporate meetings, team brainstorming sessions, or anything else you need. I found them very comfortable and modern.

Located on both the West and East sides of the True Digital Park buildings, the meeting rooms come in three sizes:
-
Small: for up to 4–5 people
-
Medium: for 6–8 people
-
Large: for up to 18 people
Meeting rooms are available daily (except public holidays) from 9:00 to 18:00.
Prices range from 300 THB to 800 THB, depending on the room size.

You can book the meeting room in the True Digital Park easily using the digital screen. Just scan the QR code or tap the panel to check availability.

Podcast room
The podcast room at True Digital Park is a fully equipped mini-studio. Inside, there are professional microphones on adjustable arms, a mixing console, and soft LED ring lights for high-quality video or audio recordings. The space is sound-optimized and enclosed in glass.
This podcast room is perfect if you’re a blogger or want to record a podcast for your business. I found that this studio is great for creating videos for my YouTube channel.

Playground area
If you need a break, you can go to the Playground area in the True Digital Park coworking space and play billiards, table tennis, retro arcade games, or even the PONG arcade.

Playing is a great way to take a short mental break, meet other people, and reduce stress during the workday.

Phone booths
The coworking space at True Digital Park also has private phone booths — small, quiet rooms designed for calls, online meetings, or quick focus work.
Inside, there’s a comfortable chair and a built-in desk, giving you a private space where you can talk without noise or distractions. These booths are perfect if you need privacy for a Zoom call, a client meeting, or just a quiet moment to work.
They are free to use.

Kitchen
The coworking space has two small, clean kitchen areas (on the 6th and 7th floors) where you can prepare drinks or store your food. They include:
-
A coffee machine
-
A microwave
-
A fridge for storing your meals
-
A water dispenser with hot and cold water
-
Shelves with cups, glasses, and basic supplies
The staff also prepare and check the black coffee every day (it stays hot throughout the day), and they offer lemon water — both are free. I brought my own milk and made coffee with milk.

Sleeping place
The coworking space at True Digital Park also has a cozy nap area with soft floor cushions where you can relax or take a short break. Many people come here after lunch to rest for a few minutes.
Lockers
You can store your personal items in the lockers inside the coworking space.
Vending Machine
There’s also a vending machine inside the coworking space where you can buy drinks anytime. It offers a variety of options — soft drinks, juices, tea, coffee, and bottled water. You can pay easily using TrueMoney, PromptPay, or other digital payment methods.
Design of True Digital Park Coworking Space
The coworking space at True Digital Park has a modern, creative design with colorful painted walls and motivational quotes.

Community
The True Digital Park coworking space isn’t just a place to sit and work — it naturally brings people together. You’re surrounded by entrepreneurs, freelancers, students, creators, and teams, all working in the same shared environment. This creates opportunities to talk, exchange ideas, collaborate, and meet new people.
Coworking spaces often host events, workshops, meetups, and networking activities, which help build a sense of community. Even small things — like shared kitchens, nap areas, game zones, and open working tables — make it easy to connect with others.
People there speak English quite well, and you can easily communicate not only with Thai people but also with foreigners.

Pluses and Minuses of the Coworking Space at True Digital Park

- Community atmosphere — there are digital nomads, entrepreneurs, and creators, but not too many, so the place never feels overcrowded.
- Very safe, clean, and quiet — everything is well-maintained and organized.
Minuses:
- Complicated entry process — QR codes + lobby check-in + elevators; the first visit can be confusing.
- Some zones are only for monthly members — not accessible with a day pass.
- Very large space — can feel a bit corporate if you prefer small, cozy coworking areas.
-
No cash payments — only PromptPay or card.
Sky Track
Sky Track is a semi-outdoor running track at True Digital Park that’s completely free to use. It’s 540 meters long, making it one of the longest sky tracks of its kind. The area is large, open, and perfect for any type of workout.

It’s located on the 4th floor of the East side of True Digital Park. The track is divided into color zones:
-
Grey – warm-up zone
-
Blue – fast running
-
Green – walking or light jogging
This makes it easy to stay in the right lane for your workout style. The space also has toilets, showers, and smart lockers, which is very convenient.

To use the track, you need to register in the app first.
I noticed that many people run here in the morning.
Startup Sandbox at True Digital Park
Startup Sandbox at True Digital Park is a special zone designed to support early-stage startups, small teams, and freelancers who are building new products or testing business ideas.

I assume the companies shown in the picture are startups from the Startup Sandbox. But when I visited, the area was almost empty, which made me feel that the startup scene in Thailand isn’t as active as I expected.

TK Park at True Digital Park
TK Park is basically an open library and study space — perfect for reading, working, studying, or just relaxing. TK Park is located on the 3rd floor of True Digital Park West (directly connected to BTS Punnawithi via the skywalk).

There are about 1,800 books, and you can borrow and return them using self-service machines (no staff needed).

TK Park is a “Living Library,” designed as a learning space for everyone. You can sit here with your laptop, read, study, or work — it feels like a quiet coworking space but without any fees.

Digital & AI Research and Innovation Center by True
True’s Digital & AI Research and Innovation Center is a modern innovation hub at True Digital Park in Bangkok. It’s created to help people work together and support the growth of Thailand’s digital economy.

The center has five zones for different activities:
-
brainstorming new ideas
-
working together on projects
-
learning and training
-
doing advanced research in AI, machine learning, IoT, and robotics
-
trying out future technologies

I visited one of the zones where they showcase several robots (it’s free to enter), and you can also ask the staff any questions you have.

Shopping Center
The shopping center at True Digital Park is a modern lifestyle mall located across both the East and West sides of the complex. The shopping center sells food, clothes, accessories, and many other goods.
There are also a lot of restaurants and cafés inside the mall, so you don’t need to go far to have lunch.
You can grab food or coffee at 7/11 ...

eat in the Lotus Eatery food court ...

or get a coffee at Arabica ...

or many other cafés and restaurants.

You don’t need to go far for lunch — you can find everything here, just a few floors down.
True Digital Park Grand Hall
True Digital Park Grand Hall is a large convention hall used for international conferences and exhibitions.
Located on the 3rd floor of True Digital Park West, it sits in a convenient central area of the campus.
TDPK also offers a Carbon Neutral Event Service, allowing organizers to host environmentally friendly events.

When I visited True Digital Park, there were several conferences, including a crypto conference, but I’m not sure if they were held in English or not.
Workshop Center
There are also many workshop rooms, training rooms, and classrooms — perfect for hosting meetings, seminars, workshops, classes, and training sessions.

Co-Learning Space
Inside True Digital Park East, there are several open learning and working spaces that anyone can use for free. These areas are designed for studying, reading, working, or simply relaxing in a quiet atmosphere.
I also worked there for a day instead of buying a coworking day pass, and I found the chairs and sofas comfortable — not as comfortable as the ones in the coworking space, but still good. The area is also quite quiet.
The downside is that there are fewer charging spots, so it can be difficult if your laptop needs to be charged.

Companies at True Digital Park
Many well-known companies and tech organizations have offices inside True Digital Park.

The building hosts startups, corporate innovation teams, academies, and tech-focused companies — everything from Google and Huawei to 7-Eleven’s digital team, Ricoh, Techsauce, Carsome Academy, and many more.

This makes True Digital Park feel like a real tech ecosystem where education, consulting, innovation, and business all come together in one place.

Kid Zone
PlaySpace is located on the 1st floor, in the outdoor area near the street. The playground has separate play zones for younger kids (ages 2–6) and older kids (ages 6–12), with safe and creative play equipment for both groups.

To enter the kid zone, you don’t need a special pass — it’s free. You just need to take off your shoes.

Pet Zone
True Digital Park also has a small Pet Zone where you can bring your dog to play and take a break. The area includes a short agility-style tunnel, open space for pets to move around, and a cleaning station with instructions on how to pick up after your dog.

There are also pet strollers available inside the mall, making it easy to walk around with your pet comfortably and safely.

Sky Garden
True Digital Park has a beautiful Sky Garden — a green rooftop area where you can work, relax, or take a break surrounded by nature.

It’s one of the nicest spots in the whole campus: open air, lots of trees, quiet atmosphere, and fresh air right in the middle of Sukhumvit.

The garden is designed with multiple green terraces and walking paths, creating a calm space above the busy city. You can sit, walk, or even work outdoors if you want a change of environment.
